Personal injury law is personal to each client. Each personal injury case is as different from another, in the same way that each person is unique.  It's both a privilege and a responsiblity to tell and document the story of how each of our clients has experienced and recovered from a serious injury.  I began working in law in Los Angeles in 1979, first writing technical fact books in an anti-trust litigation and later gravitated to personal injury litigation.  I opened this practice in 1991 and have represented injured persons throughout California since.

My clients' cases have ranged from auto-motorcycle-bicycle-pedestrian collisions resulting in neck and back injuries treated by chiropractic care, to spinal and joint injuries requiring surgery, to permanent brain injury from head trauma; in premises liability settings, our cases have included fractures from falls, and parents' claims for the death of a child.  All of this work is always filtered through the invaluable experience of being a husband, father of two children, a U.C. Berkeley grad and college athlete.
